Breast contractures were released ,breast gland tissue released ,folded and placed over the Pectoralis muscle like a superior pedicelled mastopexy,with skin graft over abdominal wall

Presenting a case of augmentation mammoplasty in a case of congenital agenesis of breast. The mammoplasty was done in two stages. In the first stage the chest skin below the areola, nipples were expanded with the help of tissue expanders and in the second stage the expanders were replaced with the silastic implants.
The pt. had hypoplastic uterus and vagina with absence of ovaries. Patient was brought up as female since childhood.
