• Abstract: Primary Reconstruction of Scrotum bilateral Gracilis myocutaneous flap is presented. A superior result aesthetically with better psychological satisfaction noticed in a case of total loss of Scrotal skin by this procedure.

Paper 2: Single‑Stage Reconstruction of Traumatic Lower Lip Defects with Chin Island Myocutaneous and Labial Mucosal Flap

It's an excellent procedure for extensive defects of heel where local myocutaneous flaps from sole may fall short or where the posterior tibial vessels are damaged. It is also a good alternative for heel reconstruction where microsurgical facilities for free flap transfer are not available.
